TERMS OF SERVICE

ORDERS
When faxing please ensure that all orders are faxed on Amada-Amavic order forms.
Registered customers please quote your order number and payment details, item codes, product description, quantity, and price.
Orders under $50.00 will incur a $10.00 freight and handling fee.
Freight charges will be calculated on area, value, size and weight.
Freight charges range from $3.50 to $25.00, freight over $25.00 will be quoted to customer when placing order.

PRICES
Prices shown in catalogues and website are quoted in Australian Dollars. 
Discounts are given on products bought in bulk quantities.
Some products maybe subject to price increases without prior notice.
All care to notify customer will be taken where possible.

TERMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
All website orders must be paid by VISA, MasterCard or Bankcard.
Account customer payments are due 30 days from statement.

AVAILABILITY
All products displayed on our website are kept in stock at all times when possible. However, at times products may run out of stock when unavailable from manufacture or supplier.
When all products are available, orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of placing order; unless orders have been placed after 12:00pm that day or Fridays.
Back orders will be dispatched when in stock unless notified otherwise by customer.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Goods returned within 7days that do not meet customer satisfaction will be credited to that customers account.
